We operate National Acme and New Britain multi‑spindle automatic screw machines, handling diameters from 1/32″ to 3½″ and lengths up to 23″. These deliver consistent tolerances (±0.0005″ diameter, ±0.001″ length, concentricity ±0.001″ T.I.R.), ideal for high-volume thread-rolled and back‑finished components.

From our Wirth & Gruffat rotary transfer machines to dedicated secondary cells, we perform drilling, threading, milling, grinding, knurling, and vibratory deburring in-house. We work with round, hex, square, and extruded ferrous, non‑ferrous metals and machinable plastics, all sourced from certified suppliers for consistency and reliability.
Packaging & Full-Service Logistics
From custom protective packaging to high-volume distribution programs, we manage the entire fulfillment process with precision and care. Services include JIT and Kanban inventory systems, safety stock programs, barcode labeling, lot traceability, kitting, and scheduled releases.
